SCHAKO VAS Sound-damped Volumetric Flow Controller

SCHAKO VAS Sound-damped Volumetric Flow Controller is a professional controller in rectangular design designed for constant and variable volumetric flow regulation in supply and return air systems at high acoustic requirements. Provides duct connection in accordance with DIN EN 1505 standard. Used for constant or variable volumetric flow, room or duct pressure regulation with integrated volumetric flow controller. VAS achieves high control accuracy at any inflow conditions due to optimum aerodynamic structure. As result of low pressure losses, running operating costs of ventilation system are also reduced. VAS can already be used at static pressure difference of as little as 50 Pa. This feature enables duct network and fan to be designed for small air velocities and makes VAS suitable for use in low-pressure systems. Radiated noise can be reduced further by designing VAS with acoustic cladding at extra charge. Works within 144-6912 m³/h wide volumetric flow range.
