SCHAKO STV Poppet Valve

SCHAKO STV Poppet Valve is a sheet steel poppet valve suitable for use in supply and return air systems. Provides reliable performance with special design resistant to harsh conditions of maritime industry. Around the poppet valve runs a cellular seal, which allows a perfect fit of the poppet valve and a secure seal. This advanced sealing system prevents air leakage and maximizes system efficiency. A mounting ring is supplied for easy and quick installation of the poppet valves. This mounting ring is fastened to the ceiling with screws. The poppet valve is then mounted to the mounting ring by means of a turn lock. This system provides rapid installation and easy maintenance opportunity. Can operate within 20-500 m³/h volumetric flow range. This wide capacity range provides usage opportunity in maritime applications of different sizes from small cabins to large engine rooms. Offers high durability and corrosion resistance with sheet steel construction. Material selection has been made resistant to harsh conditions of marine environment such as salt effect, humidity and vibration. Provides long-lasting use and minimum maintenance requirement.
