F2A ARE Backdraught Damper is a special damper system designed for one-way air flow direction. Blades prevent reverse flow in ductworks and suitable for commercial and industrial HVAC applications. Provides reliable operation in high pressure conditions with 1800 Pa mechanical resistance. This superior pressure resistance protects system integrity in harsh industrial environments and high-speed air flows. Guarantees acceptable pressure value of 1800 Pa for 1 meter length. Class 3 (EN 1751) upstream/downstream airtightness guarantee is provided from back pressure of 900 Pa. This high airtightness standard optimizes system efficiency and minimizes energy loss. Can offer even more improved performance with Class C frame airtightness option. Offers wide size range between 200x180 mm minimum and 1500x1500 mm maximum dimensions. Provides production opportunity with 100 mm intervals in L direction and 165 mm intervals in H direction. Blade height 165 mm, frame width 185 mm offered in standard dimensions. Offers solutions suitable for different environmental conditions with galvanized steel, stainless steel 304 or 316L material options. While galvanized steel provides economical solution, stainless steel options guarantee superior durability in corrosive environments. EPDM gaskets are used on blades and frame. EPDM material maintains flexibility in wide temperature range and provides long-lasting sealing performance. Blades are actuated via linkage system and provide precise movement control. Works in operating temperature range of -20°C to +90°C. This wide temperature spectrum provides reliable performance in most industrial applications. Extended temperature range of -20°C to +200°C can be offered as option. Provides optimal performance in 5-15 m/s air velocity range. This speed range is suitable for most HVAC system requirements and offers flexibility in system design. Blade movement dynamics guarantee trouble-free operation in this speed range. Provides reliable protection in critical applications with design adapted to high overpressure. Offers resistance to sudden pressure changes and increases system safety.
